Clear terms for paying and cancelling. We also explain when you have the statutory 14-day right of cancellation and when a cancellation fee applies.
All course prices include VAT of 25.5%. The Traficom registration fee (€21, VAT 0%) is always shown separately, unless it is specifically stated to be included in the course price.
The payment method is chosen after registration. The course is paid before it starts, unless otherwise agreed. Registration is binding.
If you choose Klarna, you receive a payment link valid for a limited time. The link works only once — if the payment is interrupted or does not go through, the same link will not work again. Contact us and we will send you a new one. If payment is not made while the link is valid, the registration is not cancelled automatically — cancellation must be made separately in accordance with these terms. Late payments may incur interest.
When you register at a distance — for example on our website, by email or by phone — you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding the contract. The period is counted from when the contract was made, not from the course start date.
If the course begins at your express request before the 14-day period ends, you may still withdraw for as long as the training has not been fully performed. In that case we charge a reasonable amount for the training already provided before the withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal ends only once the training has been performed in full — and only if you have expressly requested that it begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that the right ends once the service is fully performed.
When you withdraw validly, we refund the payment without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.
When the statutory right of cancellation no longer applies — for example once the course has started or is approaching — the following cancellation terms apply:
The statutory 14-day right of cancellation always takes precedence when its conditions are met.
If you cannot attend, you can transfer your place to another person. Tell us in advance — give your own name and the name and contact details of the person taking your place. The transfer is free of charge.
If we have to cancel or move a course, we will offer you another date. You can take that place or not — the choice is yours.
We do not apply a minimum number of participants. The course runs even for a small group.
The training must be completed in full. If you arrive late or miss a part, that part must be completed later — in practice during the next course, when the same topic is covered.
This is not optional: the completion cannot be registered if the training is unfinished.
Cancel by contacting us: by email at info@aplusfi.com or by phone and WhatsApp at +358 50 439 5392. Please state your name and which course the registration concerns.
Please contact us first — most situations are resolved directly. If the matter is not settled, you can contact the Consumer Advisory Services (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) or refer the case to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
The contract is governed by Finnish law.
Business customers: rights under the Consumer Protection Act, such as the distance selling right of withdrawal, apply to consumers. Registrations made by companies are subject to separately agreed terms.
